Data Architect

Salary Range: $4,000-$5,000 / month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data management efforts by establishing and enforcing best practices and standards.
  • Train data users, provide data model support, and resolve issues to ensure effective data usage.
  • Design, maintain, and enhance the Enteprise Common Data Model, data catalog, and customer data platform.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and project teams to ensure consistent adherence to data modeling standards and principles.
  • Design and optimize processes to improve data processing performance, quality, cleansing, and publishing.
  • Develop frameworks to monitor data performance and quality, integrating AI/ML models where applicable.
  • Provide expert support to projects and strategic initiatives, leading the development and testing of new data solution designs, including enterprise data platform architecture.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to leverage AI/ML, and advanced analytics, unlocking data-driven insights and business value.
  • Define and implement data masking policies and security controls to safeguard sensitive and confidential data.
  • Establish and manage robust data roles and permissions to ensure proper access and usage of data assets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL databases and data warehouses.
  • Expertise in analytical services, particularly in public cloud environments (Azure preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of data modeling methodologies such as Kimball and Data Vault.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise information Management, Data
  • Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management, and Customer Data Platform development.
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale data, reporting, and machine learning environments, with a strong focus on Azure cloud.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing AI/ML-driven data solutions.
  • Expertise in defining and implementing data masking policies, security controls, and data roles and permissions management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to trans complex technical concepts into business value
