Enterprise Architect
Salary Range: $3,500-$4,500 / month
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client technology professionals and third-party strategic partners to implement technology.
- Ensure quality project execution by monitoring team performance, project economics, and adherence to scope, timing, and budget, making adjustments as needed.
- Lead by example in developing team members, encouraging independent thinking, delegating work effectively, conducting timely performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback and training.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding SGV’s service lines and exploring ways to apply this knowledge to client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships and networks both within the organization and externally.
- Manage and supervise a team of technology professionals throughout the technology lifecycle including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion, and testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role in software engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with a variety of technologies, platforms, and programming langiuages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in software architecture.
