SQL Developer

Salary Range: $3,500-$4,500 / month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SQL code (T-SQL) for data manipulation, transformation and calculation, ensuring robustness, security, and efficiency.
  • Optimize queries to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve issues by debugging code and correcting data as needed.
  • Create reports and dashboards that meet customer requirements using reporting tolls such as SSRS and Alteryx.
  • Develop, test, and produce analytical and operational reports to support business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, technology architecture standards, risk management, and data management policies.
  • Review reports and provide analytical recommendations based on findings.
  • Maintain and schedule recurring reports, ensuring alignment between data sources and business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Experience in SQL Server environments, including designing, constructing, administering, and maintaining large business systems.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in handling all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Strong design and system development skills.
  • Ability to prepare and present business cases effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Good understanding of Systems Architecture and integrations.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
