User Experience Designer
Salary Range: $2,000-$3,500 / month
Key Responsibilities:
- Create intuitive user flows and navigation paths to enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure designs align with both business objectives and user needs.
- Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Utilize tools like Figma and Sketch to create high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track and analyze user behavior within the app.
- Identify patterns and insights from data to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.
- Design and excute A/B tests and other experiments to compare different UX or app flows.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for experiments, focusing on metrics such as user engagement, conversion rates, and task completion rates.
- Analyze UX experiment results and provide actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing user experience.
- Present findings to stakeholders and collaborate on implementing successful strategies.
- Conduct regular UX audits to identify areas for improvement in user flow, interface design, and interaction patterns.
- Perform user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather qualitative insights.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and other documentation to inform design decisions and strategy.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights that drive the design and development process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar.
- Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and other UX research methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate design concepts and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on B2C apps or platforms related to digital art, creativity, or social networks.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts and languages is a plus.
