User Interface Designer
Salary Range: $2,000-$3,500 / month
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather, interpret, and evaluate project and business objectives.
- Conduct research, explore creative solutions, and provide visual and conceptual direction for project designs.
- Translate UX design concepts into high fidelity visual designs, from initial concept though to final hand-off to development teams.
- Design detailed and user-centric website and mobile app mockups, ensuring adherence to best practices and design standards.
- Work closely with Web Developers, Content Managers, and Project Managers to ensure alignment and cohesive project delivery.
- Develop interactive prototypes that effectively demonstrate the functionality, features, and usability and cohesive project delivery.

- Manage time effectively, adhering to project timelines, budgets, and deadlines.
- Present and articulate design ideas and concepts to clients or project managers, providing clear explanations and rationale.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in design software, technologies, and industry trends that can enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UI Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as UI Designer.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with additional skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Knowledge of Material Design, with familiarity in Human Interface Design and Fluent Design considered a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Understanding of basic front-end development languages.
- Receptive to feedback and capable of incorporating creative direction to achieve the best outcomes.
- A strong team player who supports colleagues, especially during workload periods.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with dynamic goals and changing priorities.
